Terms of Service
Rules for authorized use of the Mill Creek Payroll Timeclock.
Effective September 8, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of the Mill Creek Payroll Timeclock (the “Service”), operated by Mill Creek Packaging Products. By using the Service, you agree to these terms and to applicable workplace policies.
Authorized use
The Service is provided only to workers, managers, payroll personnel, and administrators authorized by Mill Creek Packaging Products. You may use it only for legitimate timekeeping, attendance, payroll, and related administrative purposes. Administrator access requires an approved, verified Google account.
Your responsibilities
- Record time and meal events accurately and promptly.
- Use only your own employee ID or administrator account.
- Protect authorized devices and account access from misuse.
- Report incorrect punches, suspected unauthorized access, or service problems promptly.
- Follow applicable workplace, attendance, payroll, and information-security policies.
Prohibited conduct
You may not submit false time records, clock in or out for another person, bypass access controls, interfere with the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without written authorization, introduce malicious code, or use Service data for an unauthorized purpose.
Timekeeping and payroll records
The Service assists with recording and reviewing work time. It does not replace employer policies, wage statements, payroll records, or legally required notices. Employees should promptly report discrepancies to their manager or payroll administrator. Authorized corrections may be logged for accountability.
Offline operation and availability
An authorized kiosk may temporarily save punches when internet service is unavailable and synchronize them later. Users should confirm that offline activity synchronizes after connectivity returns. We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Access and suspension
Access may be restricted or revoked when employment or job responsibilities change, when an account or device may be compromised, or when these terms or workplace policies are violated.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google, Clerk, Convex, and Vercel. Their services and terms may also apply to the components they provide.
Disclaimer and responsibility
The Service is provided for internal business use on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Mill Creek Packaging Products disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable wage-and-hour protections.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service, workplace requirements, or applicable law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
