How the Mill Creek Payroll Timeclock handles account, timekeeping, and service data.
Effective September 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the Mill Creek Payroll Timeclock (the “Service”), an employee timekeeping and payroll-administration tool operated by Mill Creek Packaging Products. The Service is intended only for authorized workers and administrators.
Information we handle
- Account information: name, work email address, verified Google account details, role, and sign-in status for administrators.
- Employee information: employee ID, display name, employment status, and work contact information when configured by the employer.
- Timekeeping records: clock-in and clock-out times, meal events, corrections, approvals, notes, and payroll-export history.
- Administrative activity: administrator actions such as corrections, approvals, employee access or status changes, and payroll exports, including who performed the action and when.
- Device and service data: kiosk identifiers, browser or device information, security logs, and diagnostic information processed when the Service is used.
- Offline data: timeclock information temporarily stored on an authorized kiosk so punches can be synchronized after connectivity returns.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, operate the timeclock, maintain accurate attendance and payroll records, review or correct shifts, secure the Service, troubleshoot problems, and meet employment, payroll, accounting, and legal obligations.
How information is shared
Information may be available to authorized Mill Creek managers, payroll personnel, and service administrators who need it for their work. We also use service providers to operate the Service, including Google and Clerk for administrator authentication, Convex for application data, and Vercel for hosting and delivery. These providers process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations.
We do not sell personal information or use Service data for third-party advertising.
Retention and security
We retain timekeeping and related records for as long as reasonably needed for payroll administration, employment recordkeeping, audits, dispute resolution, security, and applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by record type. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the Service, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and workplace records
Employees should contact their manager or payroll administrator to review or request correction of timekeeping records. Administrators can control authorized employee access and status through the Service. Requests may be limited where records must be retained for payroll, employment, security, or legal reasons.
Children’s privacy
The Service is a workforce tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service or our practices change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
